Jenny asks…
Whats the best gambling system you know?
I want to know a good gambling system/strategy, preferably for sports betting but roulette/casino games is good too.
Chris answers:
Because the lotto game is a controllable and penetrable system before you make any investment, it is the best gambling system, although I do not agree with gambling category for lotto.
Lotto is an open system for everyone that is willing to learn it and profit from.

Thomas asks…
When gambling sports what does +185 mean? How do you explain the point system in gambling like that?
I want to bet on team winning it all next year but, the odds are as follows— +185 or +425 can you explain that too mean….Thanks!
to me, not mean…..lol
Chris answers:
+185 refers to the moneyline – if you take away the pointspread you bet on either team or person if its an individual sport/event that they win straight up
-250 or any minus number is how much you bet on the favorite to win 100.00 dollars
+185 is betting the underdog and how much you WIN for betting 100.00 dollars
all moneylines refer to based on risking 100.00 so if you see favorite at -1100 they are a BIG favorite and you must risk 1100.00 just to win 100 bucks so its a bad bet – if you see underdog at +900 its what you win for risking just 100.00 so its a real longshot underdog

Laura asks…
What is the best gambling system?
What are the best ways to win big money gambling, eg, counting cards black jack, sports betting, please list a few and a reason why, 10 points to best answer
Chris answers:
If you spend you life and/or money searching for a “system” to beat casinos, you will be sorely disappointed. Professional gamblers win by finding an advantage over the house and exploiting it, not with “systems.”
Blackjack is beatable through card counting. You’re not going to get rich doing it though, if you’re making bets big enough to make a lot of money, you’re probably garnering a lot of attention from casinos which will soon lead to you getting kicked out and becoming a known counter.
Poker is actually the best shot most people have at getting rich gambling. It takes years of practice for most, but online poker combined with high dollar live tournaments makes it’s possible for a person to turn nothing or next to nothing into millions with enough skill and patience.
Craps is beatable with dice control and some other methods (that I won’t get into) and there’s quite a bit of money to be made. Dice control takes years of practice to do well enough to create a real advantage at the tables.
Sports betting is beatable, but not with the crap John W listed in his rambling, pointless post. Professional sports bettors win by being as good as or better than the handicappers who work for the casinos and betting big when they find an advantage. There’s money to be made there, but I can assure you that 99% of people who think they’re good enough to do it for a living are fooling themselves.
In the time and with the money it often takes to become a professional gambler, I can assure you that most people would be much better off going to college and getting a professional degree they can use to get a regular job.

Lisa asks…
I just started gambling on sports and losing about 25 a week is that really bad or in the moderate?
Does anybody know a system to bet on sports or anybody good at it
Chris answers:
If you make $50 a week then it’s a problem. If you make $10K per week then it’s definitely not a problem. You should check out using a different system since you are consistently losing. I personally subscribe to the single game bets strategy. Only bet on one pick, don’t try to hit only parlays, you will lose. I have my strategy mapped out for free at http://GamblingReviewsSite.com/freepicks you will see “How to manage your bankroll” link in the left column. This method has served me well.

Nancy asks…
Is it better to spread the risk when sports gambling?
I’ve gotten kind of addicted to Centsports, and I’m trying to figure out the most mathematically advantageous system. I usually bet on baseball, as that’s the sport I know the most about. I don’t bet on point spreads, only straight money lines. My question is whether it’s better to bet on multiple teams that you think are likely to win, and thus spread the risk out. The alternative is to pick one game you think is a sure thing, and put your entire bankroll on that one bet. Suppose you have $5.00 to gamble with. Would you bet 1.00 on 5 different games, or 5.00 on one game? If you pick 5 games you’re more likely to lose at least one of them, and thus your payoff is lower. So is your risk. The one big bet pays off more (probably), but if you lose you’re busted. Can anybody give me a serious rationale for one system over the other?
And please, don’t just badmouth Centsports in your answer. I’m not asking you to sign up, I just want to hear your thoughts on various systems.
Chris answers:
The aim whether your playing poker, stocks, sports betting or whatever is to try to get the best return on risk for your bankroll. Diversification is one way to reduce overall risk to your bankroll.
I got trained in dry finance lectures so I’m not sure how to put this clearly but heres a wiki link that had the best explanation
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diversification_(finance)
With your $5, its best to spread them but it should depend on the odds. Spreading $5 on all long shots is still overall quite risky and I might rather spread $4 on favourites and $1 on a high risk long shot if I really think theres a chance. Venture capitalists basically work on making alot high risk bets but it works because they have huge amounts of money to spread over many bets.
